Join us for an inclusive and engaging discussion about disability justice and pragmatic social change. Steve Kuusisto, University Professor and director of interdisciplinary programs and outreach in the Burton Blatt Institute, will interview Jay Dolmage, author of “Academic Ableism” (University of Michigan Press), followed by discussion with the audience. Immediately thereafter, Dolmage will be available to sign copies of his book.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) will be provided during the presentation and discussion; ASL interpretation will be provided during the book signing. Please submit any additional accessibility accommodation requests by Nov. 29.
