You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Michelle Damiani, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Monday, August 12, at 10 a.m. in 056 Huntington Hall.
Damiani’s advisor is Professor Beth A. Ferri. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Christy Ashby, Julia White, Wendy Harbour, Joseph Shedd and Barbara Applebaum. Professor Vivian M. May will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Transforming Understandings about Who Can Teach: The Experiences and Approaches of Teachers with Disabilities.”
