You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Emily Judd, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Thursday, December 5, at 9:30 a.m. in 102 Heroy Geology Laboratory.
Judd’s advisor is Professor Linda Ivany. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Tripti Bhattacharya, Christopher Junium, Zunli Lu, Robert Moucha and Scott Samson. Professor John Tillotston will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Seasonality in a changing climate: Insights from the modern ocean with application to the Eocene Epoch.”
