As part of our education initiative, Syracuse University’s chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is working alongside Roberts Elementary School to showcase our second Black History Live Museum on campus. This event will be centered around students from grades 3-4 as they will be given the opportunity to come to the University dressed as historical African American figures and present themselves to the University’s students and faculty. This event serves as an educational tool for both the Syracuse University community and grade school students to learn more about notable African American figures and their contributions towards the progression of this country. Sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
