You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Giles Arceneaux, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Monday, July 15, at 1 p.m. in 100A Eggers Hall.

Arceneaux’s advisor is Professor Colin Elman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Owen Cote, Vipin Narang, James Steinberg and Brian Taylor. Professor Alan Allport will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Beyond the Rubicon: Command and Control in Emerging Nuclear Powers.”
