You are invited to attend the convocation for baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral degree graduates of the College of Engineering and Computer Science if you graduated in December 2018, or plan to graduate in May 2019 or August 2019.

Convocation will be held at Manley Field House. Tickets are not required for this event, and all guests are welcome. Manley Field House is accessible to individuals with disabilities, and free parking is available.

Following the Convocation on Saturday, we will host a light reception in a tent outside of Manley, for graduates and their guests.

This year’s convocation speaker is CEEK VR Founder & CEO Mary Spio ’98.

The doors at Manley Field House will open at 7:30 a.m. for security screening. Students and guests may not bring in purses or bags larger than 10”x10” in size, and there will be no holding area for these items or other prohibited items. Please do not bring inflatable beach balls or balloons to Manley Field House during the ceremony. Graduates and guests should plan to arrive early to avoid delays. The ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

The last day to fill out the diploma request on MySlice is March 25. If you fill out the diploma request after this date, your name will not appear in the convocation program. It is your responsibility to file your diploma request on time and to check with your department or student records if you have any questions or concerns about completing your coursework/degree requirements on time to graduate in May 2019.
