Hugo Balta is a senior producer at MSNBC, driving the expansion strategy of news and political live programming on the weekends. He oversees the editorial and production vision and execution of high visibility shows and is a member of the NBC/MSNBC Editorial Board. He is also a two-time president of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) and was inducted into the NAHJ Hall Of Fame in 2016.
