You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Emily Ripka, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Friday, November 22, at 11:00 a.m. in room 4-201 in the Center for Sciences and Technology.
Ripka’s advisor is Professor Mathew M. Maye. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Rachel C Steinhardt, John M Franck, Davoud Mozhdehi and Weiwei Zheng. Professor John W. Tillotson will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Development and Application of NMR Diffusometry and Relaxometry Methodologies to Study Organic-Inorganic Interactions at Nanomaterial Surfaces.”
