Join professionals from integrated communications firm W2O Group for an interactive crisis simulation workshop, where you’ll flex your issues management muscles. Staff members will discuss best practices for crisis and issues management, including how to manage people, process, content, channels, analytics and intel. You’ll work with peers on an Issues Management Team to test your skills in real-time. Light dinner and soft beverages will be available.
