The New York State Bar Association and the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications will host a panel discussion featuring a highly charged, hypothetical scenario exploring issues involving the media, law enforcement, lawyers and the courts.

Panelists include:

Hon. Rosemary S. Pooler of the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit

Erin Moriarty, journalist with CBS News’ “48 Hours”

Edward Z. Menkin, criminal defense attorney

Douglass Dowty, reporter with Syracuse.com/The Post-Standard
