You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Yuetian Chen, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Thursday, September 5, at 1:30 p.m. in 106, the Life Sciences Complex.

Chen’s advisor is Professor Mathew M. Maye. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors James T. Spencer, Weiwei Zheng, John M. Franck and Davoud Mozhdehi. Professor Viktor J. Cybulskis will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Understanding the Role of Anisotropy on the Optoelectronic and Colloidal Properties of Quantum Rod for Programmable Self-assembly with DNA Origami.”
