This workshop helps students gain skills to improve their mental and emotional health. Each workshop dives into a different aspect of Positive Psychology. Topics include: cultivating resilience, increasing mindfulness and engagement, identifying and using your strengths, strengthening communication skills & relationships, and creating healthy habits & goals.
