1-day workshop learn mounting and framing basics for photographic prints. Students will be provided materials for mounting and building a frame for 1 – 14×18” print. Topics covered will include best print handling practices, best mounting practices, how to cut matte board, and framing techniques. This workshop will teach you the professional skills necessary to finish your artwork to be exhibition ready.
Meet your instructor
Victor Rivera was born in Puerto Rico, grew up in central Florida, and is currently living in Upstate New York. Rivera earned a master of fine arts degree at Syracuse University in 2014. He currently teaches as an adjunct instructor of photography at Syracuse University and is the exhibitions and collections manager at Light Work.
