An open drop-in workshop for international students to learn helpful tips and skills to manage stress specific to COVID-19. We will discuss ways to create a healthy environment to better manage stress, skills that can be used for focus and concentration, mindfulness practices to calm the nervous system, and space to process issues of discrimination related to the current pandemic. Any additional topics or ideas are a welcome contribution and all students are welcome to attend.
