Dissertation Defense: Jason Blessing

The oral doctoral examination of Jason Blessing, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, August 4, at 2 p.m. in Zoom.

Blessing’s advisor is Professor Colin Elman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Brian Taylor, Daniel McDowell, James Steinberg and Sean O’Keefe. Professor David Popp will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “The Diffusion of Cyber Forces: Military Innovation and the Dynamic Implementation of Cyber Force Structure.”
