DeStress for Success is a series of workshops adjoining skill building surrounding improving mental and emotional health. Each workshop dives into a different aspect of Positive Psychology. Topics include: cultivating resilience, increasing mindfulness and engagement, identifying and using your strengths, strengthening communication skills and relationships, in addition to creating healthy habits and goals. The workshop is available in the Wellness Portal.
