The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) invites all students, their families and the campus community to join their virtual Open House. OMA staff will discuss available programs and services that support students from historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups.
OMA provides the necessary support and guidance needed to encourage students to become members of a community respectful of differences. Additionally, OMA helps students in growing into individuals willing to take a proactive stance against all forms of oppression. Staff offer one-on-one support for students of color at Syracuse University, strive to support students who are struggling with mixed messages they may receive in dealing with the issues of race and diversity in their own communities, and more.
