Employers in the United States are required by law to verify the employment authorization of all workers no later than their first day of employment.
If you are physically reporting to work: You will need to complete an I-9 in person with a Human Resources staff member. We ask that you visit us outside on main campus under a tent located next to Steele Hall to complete your in-person I-9 form. Please click here for a map of where the tent will be located.
Please remember to bring your original documentation with you, as we cannot accept copies. Please click here for the acceptable documentation list.
We will be following social distancing protocol, and everyone is required to wear a mask. If you have been directed to quarantine, please know that you do not need to complete your I-9 in person until after your quarantine period has ended.
Students: All University required guidelines must be met prior to completing your in person I-9. This includes submitting proof of a negative test result taken within a 10-day window prior to returning to campus.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Human Resources Shared Services at 315.443.4042 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
