Even though the workouts will be intense, we will focus on being present and in the moment, practicing pushing aside any negative or distracting thoughts. This practice in the cycle room can carry students and staff throughout the rest of their day.

Join this fitness class from the comfort of your own space. Our virtual classes take place on Zoom and you can find the link to the virtual studio on the Wellness Portal after you register for class. Registration for each class opens six hours before the class start time. The virtual studio opens up 10 minutes beforehand so you can interact with your fellow participants and ask questions of the instructor.
