Merges the practice of Yoga with the core stabilizing, posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates. Includes poses (asana) to cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility.
Come join us for a socially distanced workout on the Women’s Building basketball courts. All classes open for registration six hours in advance on the Wellness Portal and all participants must be registered to participate beforehand.
