Hendricks Chapel and the Setnor School of Music at Syracuse University proudly present the first-ever virtual “Holidays at Hendricks.” Join us from your home for this Central New York tradition, anchored by the Hendricks Chapel Choir.
The online broadcast will premiere on Sunday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. ET, and will include performances by student ensembles and faculty from the University’s Setnor School of Music, pre-recorded in Hendricks Chapel.
Registration for the virtual event is required and is open now on ’Cuse Community. The program will include a live YouTube premiere that will be captioned and recorded, so you can take part when and where you wish. “Holidays at Hendricks” is free and open to all.
Our student-centered concert will feature performances from:
- Augustine Sobeng G’21 and University Organist Anne Laver on the Hendricks Chapel organ
- Syracuse University Symphony Orchestra directed by James Tapia
- the international award-winning Syracuse University Singers under the direction of John Warren
- Crouse Chorale and Setnor Sonority directed by Wendy Moy and Peppie Calvar, respectively
This event was first published on November 16, 2020 and last updated on November 18, 2020.
