Part of the Post-Secondary Transition Planning Series hosted by Exceptional Family Resources
This virtual series is designed to help further the participant’s understanding of post-secondary transition planning for students with disabilities. We will review NYS regulations on appropriate transition planning with a focus on helping students develop self-determination skills to be successful in school and in their future. We will end the series with NYSED’s guidance on the pathways to diploma and credential options for student with disabilities. Our focus is to enhance the students future planning towards independence in living, learning and earning
after high school. This series is intended for parents, guardians, students,
and the professionals that work with them.
