Join SUArt and Barre3 Syracuse to accomplish our shared core value of “giving generously” and collectively fill the Hendricks Chapel Food Pantry inventory.
Please note that this is a donation based class, and we are collecting either cash donations (whatever you are able to give) or a direct donation to the Hendricks Food Pantry via this secure form.
We are also collecting canned or dried food and needs for the Hendricks Food Pantry. Please see the link for the wish list created via Amazon for guidance in what it needed.
The Barre3 workout is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. It’s mission—and the driving factor behind every move we do in class—is to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within.
Please wear Yogalike attire (ie: leggings or long shorts, comfortable top). Make sure you’ll be comfortable in a variety of postures. Our classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle!
