Join for a rejuvenating session to practice ancient yogic breathing techniques followed by a guided meditation to calm and rest the mind. Recharge and tap into a practical way to refresh every day.

Sessions are led by an Art of Living certified instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching the “Happiness Program,” a workshop where participants learn powerful breathing techniques to quickly reduce stress for a calm, clear state of mind that is conducive for slipping naturally into meditation.

Appropriate for first timers and experienced practitioners alike. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and relaxed prior to the start time.
