You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Martín Gonzalez, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Tuesday, February 25, at 9:30 a.m. in 056 Huntington Hall (ERC).
Gonzalez’s advisor is Professor Dalia Rodriguez. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Mario Rios Perez, Gretchen Lopez, Aja Y. Martinez, Jeffery Mangram and David Pérez II. Professor Jamie Winders will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “”Why you always so political?” The Experiences and Resiliencies of Mexican/Mexican American/Xicanx Students at a Predominantly White University.”
