You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Taapsi Ramchandani, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Monday, January 6, at 10 a.m. in 205A Maxwell Hall.
Ramchandani’s advisor is Professor Susan S. Wadley. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Azra Hromadžić, Rebecca Peters, Bretton T Alvare and Douglas V Armstrong. Professor Audie Klotz will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “”Put a crapaud in a suit and people will vote for the PNM”: A critical examination of patronage, loyalty, and the structuring force of party partisanship in Trinidad.”
