The oral doctoral examination of Shengpei Wang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, July 10,  at 10 a.m. in Zoom.

Wang’s advisor is Professor David Althoff. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jannice Friedman, Scott Pitnick, Kari Segraves and Mark Ritchie. Professor James Hougland will serve as chair of the defense.

The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “The Ecological Importance and Evolutionary Potential of Phenotypic Plasticity in Novel Environments.”
