Wellness Leadership Institute: Stress Management

This interactive workshop gives participants an opportunity to identify their unique stressors, learn about the good and bad effects of stress and how to identify them. Additionally, attendees will discuss specific, manageable tools and tasks to start managing their stress. Workshop provided by Students Advocating for Mental Health Empowerment (SAMHE’s) Peer Educators and is available in the Wellness Portal.
