SoulTalk is a weekly gathering where students can discuss life’s big questions like purpose, mindfulness and belonging in a safe and judgement free environment. Student facilitators begin each session by introducing a topic and from there everyone is encouraged to engage in organic and respectful conversation. Light refreshments are provided and no registration is required.
Each SoulTalk focuses on a different theme. Join us this week for an in-depth, student-led discussion on the topic of ‘Imposter Syndrome.’

For additional information, questions, or to request accommodations, please contact Gwyn Esty-Kendall, Barnes Center at The Arch mental health promotion specialist, by email at or by calling 315.443.8000.
