Faculty and staff are invited to join Dr. Brian Justice and Katie Keller for this informative and interactive session about how movement and attitude can impact not only back pain but other areas of your life as well. You will learn practical tips to apply to your everyday lives; including a demonstration of the proper position of the back while performing daily tasks, such as lifting a laundry basket, taking groceries out of the car, and more!
