Did you know that the average American consumes more than one and a half times the recommended amount of sodium each day? William Collins, culinary specialist in nutrition & food studies at Falk College, will lead this hands-on program in the kitchen, walking us through everyday tips and tricks for healthy eating and cooking.
Collins will teach us about some of the biggest sodium culprits, and each attendee will receive delicious and healthy low sodium barbecue and marinara sauce recipes to try at home. Collins, a chef with 25 years of experience, will also answer your questions during our Q&A!
