Come thru for a virtual turn up with Community Folk Art Center (CFAC) and soulful songstress Danielle Ponder. The FREE For the Love of Justice concert will stream online Friday, November 20, 2020, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. EST. Don’t be late to show; log in on the hour for opening music with DJ Dubl6. Danielle Ponder’s vocals transcend musical genres and soar with soul, affection, and conviction. The Rochester, NY native has spent years rendering goose bumps by perfecting her style and charismatic performance. Her experiences as a former lawyer in Monroe County Public Defender’s Office in Rochester endow her music with purpose and perspective. Her singing communicates the sincerity and passion used to define her closing arguments to the judge and jury.

“I would say that all of my music is about empowerment, whether it’s empowering yourself or empowering others,” Ponder says. “It’s always about being lifted up in some way. I describe it as love: romantic love, the love for yourself, and the love for others—and that is justice.”

REGISTRATION: All concert guests must register to access to the livestream. A link will be emailed prior to the event. Admission is FREE  Donations are welcome.
