You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Kathleen Maniaci, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Monday, November 23,  at 1p.m. in Zoom.

Maniaci’s advisor is Professor James Haywood Rolling Jr. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Kelly Chandler-Olcott, Marcelle Haddix, Susan Thomas and Zaline M. Roy-Campbell. Professor Kendall Phillips will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Multimodality in the Art & Media Arts Classroom: A Qualitative Study of Multimodal Literacies as They Appear in Art & Media Educator Classroom Curriculum and Practice.”
