With the quality of our relationships being the single biggest predictor of human happiness, it makes sense that strong relationships buffer us from stress and boost our resilience.

In this session we will look at how we are wired to be in connection and how being in relationship not only affects our mental health, but also our physical.  Walk away with strategies to strengthen, prioritize and be more present in your relationships.

======

Resilience is our ability to bounce back from adversity and grow from challenges.  As humans, we are a resilient species.  But there are ways that we can enhance our resilience and learn to better tackle challenges, and even thrive amidst extreme difficulties.

Join us for a three-session workshop series, where we will focus on building 3 key components of resilience: utilizing our strengths, prioritizing connection & building optimistic and flexible thinking skills.
