IceAbility is a celebration of Diversity and Inclusion. In-person events are open to all Syracuse University and SUNY ESF students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Ice Skating activities for IceAbility include 1 on 1 lessons, open skate, wheelchairs on ice, or sled hockey skating with a pusher. Skate rental is free for the event and helmets and walkers are available for use at no charge. SU Skating School staff will be on hand to provide instruction, guidance, and to ensure that everyone has a great experience on the ice.
Parking
Accessible parking is available at the rear entrance of the Pavilion. All others should park in the visitor lot next to the upper tennis courts. To request accommodations, please contact Aaron Landers.
Guests/Assistants
IceAbility participants who require extra assistance are permitted to bring one (1) guest or assistant. Registration is required. Guests must be at least 18 years old, must wear a mask at all times, and must stay in the socially distant when not providing assistance. In order to request a guest registration link, please contact Aaron Landers.
