You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Xiaoxiao Zhang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Thursday, October 22, at 2:00 p.m. in Zoom.
Zhang’s advisor is Professor Teng Zhang. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Barry Davidson, Zhao Qin, Wanliang Shan and Alan Levy. Professor James Henderson will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Wrinkling Patterns on Curved Surfaces with Gradient Curvature under Compression.
