Globalists is a student-run publication that promotes individuality, self-expression and open-mindedness by celebrating the stories of those from all walks of life. As a part of this mission, this semester we are hosting Netflix Party movie nights related to culture, identity and international film to encourage a sense of community amid our new reality online.
In the spirit of Halloween, we are screening “Train to Busan.” The zombie horror-thriller takes place in South Korea and tells the story of a group of passengers on a train to Busan fighting their way through a countrywide outbreak. The film focuses on a young girl and her father, who learns the meaning of selflessness and family.
Our Netflix Party link will be posted to the Globalists Linktree page.
