Join us for some fall fun on the farm! We will travel to local farms to take on the corn maze, hop on the tractor for a wagon ride, and have the opportunity to take part in some good ol’ upstate fall goodies and treats. This trip includes transportation to and from the farm, entry to the corn maze, and access to a wagon ride. Register in the Wellness Portal, today!
