Merges the practice of Yoga with the core stabilizing, posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates. Includes poses (asana) to cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility.
Come join us for a socially distanced workout on the Women’s Building basketball courts. All classes open for registration 6 hours in advance on the Wellness Portal. All participants must be registered to participate beforehand.
