The main focus, theme or intention is that of finding healing from any pain or discomfort, finding our inner growth and empowerment in the process as well as self love. This type of class seeing as it is centered around “healing,” is a slower in pace class, where we do fewer asana (poses) but hold them for a longer period time. To do so, these poses are non-invasive and you still feel a stretch but these will be centering and comforting poses.
