The intention for this class is to create an environment to help explain a little bit about yoga and the fundamentals of it, through a basic yoga flow format, doing simple but effective asana (poses) to help be an easy but moving class for any level of yoga student.
Join this fitness class from the comfort of your own space! Our virtual classes take place on Zoom. Participants will access the virtual studio link on the Wellness Portal after completing registration. Registration for each class opens 6 hours before the class start time. The virtual studio opens 10 minutes before class starts so participants can interact with each other and ask the instructor questions.
