Join us to learn the ins and outs of cardio: what counts as cardio, different types of cardio, steady-state versus interval and more! The impact cardio has on your overall fitness and why it’s important to add it to any fitness routine. We will go into what acronyms like EMOM and AMRAP stand for and how to use them.
Fitness 411 will continue throughout the semester with one session every month, each focusing on one of three main aspects of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibility. Register on the Wellness Portal today by selecting “Wellness Leadership Institute.”
If this is your first time using the Wellness Portal, please visit the Barnes Center at The Arch website for additional information and instruction.
