For more than six months, the nation has called for justice in the killing of Breonna Taylor at the hands of a police officer.  On September 23, 2020, a grand jury indicted only one of the three officers involved in the shooting that led to Taylor’s death; this officer was not charged with Taylor’s killing.

As the campus, and the nation, grapples with this decision, and its place in America’s history of racial injustice, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Office of Student Engagement will be holding space for those who wish to discuss the decision and its ramifications.

No registration is required to join, you can access the discussion via the Zoom link.

Note:  this session is for students.  A session for faculty and staff will be held on September 25 at 2:00 p.m.
