The first time the word Mindfulness was used in this country was a translation of the word Sati which means “not forgetting.” This retreat offers you an opportunity to not forget to take care of yourself—your body, your mind. To not forget who you really are, what is important, why you do what you do. We offer a day to gather with like-minded people and be silent, be creative, be inspired. To connect with nature. To come as you are.
We will begin at 10am. Please try to arrive on time, Mindfulness and consideration begins here. We will end approximately 1:30pm and begin the hike if you’re interested in joining us for that.
