The oral doctoral examination of Nigar Altindis, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, April 26, at 2:30 p.m. in Zoom.

Altindis’s advisor is Professor Nicole Fonger. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors George Theoharis, Charlotte J.D. Sharpe, Amy Ellis, Bong Gee Jang, and Alan Foley. Professor Jack Graver will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Exploring the Nature of the Co-Emergence of Students’ Representational Fluency and Functional Thinking.”
