Dissertation Defense: Mahesh Chandrasekhar Gandikota

The oral doctoral examination of Mahesh Chandrasekhar Gandikota, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, August 10,  at 11  a.m. in Zoom.

Gandikota’s advisor is Professor Jennifer Schwarz. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Alison Patteson, Joseph Paulsen, M. Lisa Manning and Christian Santangelo. Professor Teng Zhang will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Interplay of geometry and mechanics: disordered spring networks and shape changing cerebellum.”
