The oral doctoral examination of Jennifer Brooks, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, August 16,  at 12:30 p.m. in Zoom.

Brooks’s advisor is Professor Jennifer Karas Montez. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Andrew S. London, Scott D. Landes, Shannon M. Monnat and Merril D. Silverstein. Professor Doron Dorfman will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “The Case for Intersectionality: An Intersectional Look at Disability in the Labor Market.”
