Dissertation Defense: Joaquin A Urrego

You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Joaquin A Urrego, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Monday, December 13, at 10 a.m. in Eggers Hall, room 112.

Urrego’s advisor is Professor Stuart S. Rosenthal. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Amy Ellen Schwartz, William Horrace, Maria Zhu and Alfonso Flores-Lagunes. Professor Ying Shi will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Urban Economics, Commercial Activity, and Crime.”
