About Sam Swanson
Sam Swanson, who now hails from the Southern Tier of New York, is a polymath. He is a master of many trades who wants to be known as a husband, father, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, score composer, beat producer, ex-touring musician, record label owner, podcaster, graphic designer and video editor, in that order. A veteran of the Chicago music scene in acts Dormlife, Boomjuice, and Midwest Blue (Johann’s Face Records), he made 10 albums in a 10-year span. Currently he is the lead singer/songwriter of the band SLAVEIISERVANT, as well as front man for the popular cover band Handsome Young Ladies. He is also a songwriter on demand, who will compose and perform custom-made material for anyone who asks, for any occasion.
