Dissertation Defense: Amar Shrestha

The oral doctoral examination of Amar Shrestha, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, January 13, at 11 a.m. in Zoom.

Shrestha’s advisor is Professor Qinru Qiu. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Garrett Ethan Katz, Chilukuri K. Mohan, Senem Velipasalar and Bryan S. Kim. Professor Lixin Shen will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Inference and Learning in Spiking Neural Networks for Neuromorphic Systems.”
